Have you ever thought about your Values; the things that are really important to have in your life?
Sometimes, especially when things feel a bit sticky - it can be helpful to write them down. Let's have a 'for instance'.....supposing the life area that was feeling a bit flaky was Career/job etc. The things that you might want most in that area of life might be:
-
Success
-
Fulfillment
-
Financial Reward
-
Creative opportunities
OK - so these are the things you want in your working life - but what do they mean to you? You may feel that they are self evident - believe me, they're not. Success to you may be something very different to the meaning of success to me!
Exercise: Spend a couple of minutes writing down what Values you want in YOUR life. What do you REALLY REALLY want?
OK - so what happens next? Having identified what your values are, we need to look at Value Vehicles. The Value Vehicles and what has to happen for you to have those all important Values in your life
